The Koch Institute abides by all MIT policies and protocols. The following is a summary of key points for public-facing events hosted by the Koch Institute. Please visit the MIT Now website for the most comprehensive and updated policies.
Key Points
In order to access MIT’s campus and MIT-sponsored events via the Tim Tickets system (MIT’s visitor pass system), invited visitors and event attendees must provide contact information and attest to being fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or having a religious belief or medical condition that prevents them from receiving the vaccine. Effective January 14, 2022, Tim Ticket users who are eligible for a booster vaccination must also attest to having received the booster shot.
Tim Tickets is a separate system from the Koch Institute's event registration process. Both are required to attend Koch Institute events.
